Chicken liver parfait, shallots and smoked garlic with a baby leaf salad.
Warm crab and sweetcorn tart with a coriander and lime tossed salad
Lemon Tree smoked chicken salad
Breaded King prawns with a Malaysian dressing
Caramelised red onion and Gruyere tart
Warm salad of roasted squash, oyster mushrooms and pecorino cheese
Sun-blushed tomato risotto with Parmesan cheese shavings

Main Courses

Tenderloin of pork wrapped in sage and crispy fib pastry on a apple and cider compote
Lemon and thyme scented supreme of chicken baked in a brioche crumb on a sautéd mushroom jus

Pan-fried fillet of salmon finished with tomato, lemon and prawn butter sauce

Wine on the table

Red and white wine will be distributed evenly. One bottle per four people is included in the all inclusive price.
Or you can choose your personal favourites from our comprehensive wine list. Bottled sparkling and still water will be a 50p supplement per person.
