Starters
Leek and potato soup (v)
Crispy duck and spring onion noodle salad with hoisin and sesame seeds
Crayfish, blue cheese and rocket salad with toasted pine nuts and balsamic dressing
Roasted field mushroom and goat’s cheese, topped with pesto crumbs (v)
Tiger prawns in filo pastry with a sweet chilli dressing

Free range chicken supreme with a creamy wild mushroom sauce
Traditional roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing and cranberry sauce
